Welcome to Logo in 16 Minutes! By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Read them carefully – they're not boring (we tried).

1. What We Do

We design logos super fast — like within 16 minutes fast (during working hours). We also do other cool branding stuff if you ask nicely.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

• You agree that you're not a robot (hopefully).
• You provide accurate info (so we don’t design your logo as “Mister X”).
• You have the rights to any materials you send us (no copyright drama, please).

3. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made upfront. We accept major cards and secure online payments. No IOUs, sorry.

4. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver the first draft within 16 minutes (during business hours). Complex requests or revisions may take longer — we're fast, not magic.

5. Revisions

You get a set number of revisions depending on your package. Extra revisions may cost extra, like toppings on a pizza.

6. Refunds

Refunds? Only if:

• We haven’t started designing yet.
• We totally ghosted you (not cool, we know).

Otherwise, our designs are digital and custom-made — like pizza, once it’s in the oven, there’s no going back 🍕.

7. Ownership

Once you've paid in full and approved your design, it's all yours — copyright and bragging rights included.

8. What We Expect from You

We love clients who:

• Give clear instructions.
• Reply faster than your average sloth.
• Don’t send us stolen content (seriously, no lawsuits please).

9. No Superpowers Included

We design logos, not business miracles. We’re not responsible for how your logo performs in the market (but we do hope it crushes it!).

10. Legal Vibes

These terms are governed by the cool folks of Florida law. Any disputes? Let’s talk like adults first.

We might change these terms when needed (new year, new us?). Keep an eye on this page for updates.
